Cancellation Policy

Please Note: All lesson packs must be paid for up front in full, and are non-refundable. After booking, the student has up to 2 years to use the lessons. Any lessons cancelled/missed with less than 24 hours notice will not be rescheduled or refunded. If a student is late by 15 minutes or more to a lesson, the lesson counts as a "no-show", and will not be rescheduled or refunded.
